Apple Home
Add the gateway to the Home app and control everything with Siri.
You need
- An iPhone or iPad, and a home hub (HomePod, Apple TV) for automations and remote access.
- The gateway's pairing code: Integrations › Matter › Bridge › Pairing code.
Pair
- Open Home, tap + › Add Accessory.
- Scan the QR code on the gateway screen (or tap More options… and type the 11‑digit code).
- Confirm the uncertified‑accessory notice if it appears (the bridge is yours, on your network).
- Assign the accessories to rooms as they are listed.
Use
- "Hey Siri, turn on the kitchen lights" · "close the blinds" · "set the bedroom to 21 degrees".
- Everything you exposed shows in its room; states update live whichever side changes them.
Tips
- Names in Home come from the gateway. Rename a device in the gateway and it follows.
- Scenes and automations built in Home run on your hub; the gateway's own Workflows keep running even if the hub is off.
