Google Home
Add the gateway to Google Home and use Google Assistant.
You need
- The Google Home app on Android or iPhone; a Nest speaker or display works as the Matter hub.
- The gateway's pairing code: Integrations › Matter › Bridge › Pairing code.
Pair
- Open Google Home, tap + › Set up device › New device.
- Choose Matter device and scan the QR code (or enter the code manually).
- Pick a home and assign rooms.
Use
- "Hey Google, dim the living room to 30 %" · "open the blinds" · "what's the temperature in the bedroom?"
- Routines in Google Home can include any exposed device.
